The world another day, another lesson…
Believe me, if Ms. Phuong were my classmate, she would hate me as she’s freaking studious while I’m not only studious but also stupid and sleepy all the time haha =)))
Just kidding. This event taught me more about how high school students outside Hanoi (in Quang Ninh Province, for example) learn and prepare for their IELTS test.
Our table-mates included two teachers from Quang Ninh Province. I used to suppose that high school kids in this area were all like their peers in Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam. This is true for the specialized school in Quang Ninh. This was confirmed by the female teacher. However, according to the male teacher from the provincial school, there are kids whose family background is not that good, and they have tried harder every single day. Respect!
