Before the trip

After reading the foreword, let’s go!

I did prepare a lot for this important adventure, both mentally and physically. However, when reaching Japan, I still encountered some health issues, namely my allergy to weather and my wisdom teeth growing. That was so bad, but I still enjoyed my trip to the fullest!

On the day before my departure, my dad, my sister, and I went to my aunt and uncle’s home and we would travel to the airport from there. My flight left at 2 AM, so I wasn’t allowed to go to the airport alone.

The driver taking my dad, my sister, and me to the airport was very considerate since he drove past Nhat Tan Bridge, which looks extremely stunning at night with colorful lights. I forgot to take some photos, but here is a picture I get from the Internet:

Just imagine you pass through these magic lights, that’s amazing!

At the airport, Hue and I had some trouble in that we couldn’t check-in, which meant we might not get the boarding pass. And the procedure of regaining our information took so much time, and we were way too tired. Our flight was supposed to take off at 2 AM early in the morning, but it’s perfect for sky view at dawn. Later on, I’ll insert unique pictures taken during the flight to show you guys!

After a long time of waiting, we finally managed to check-in. I was a bit sentimental when sitting with my sister though sometimes she gets scolded by me quite a lot. I really missed everyone, honestly. But going out of my comfort zone is fun, and that was an opportunity to learn. I felt a bit worried in the airport waiting room because it was late and my sister with my dad were still on the road. Most of the time waiting, we just walked, explored everything, and texted our families. Even though it was late at night, they couldn’t sleep well without worrying about their children! And for me, the last message right before the plane took off was so touching T.T

Bye mom, bye family, and bye everyone…

The sky is the limit. I’ve gotta go now!

And I’ll come back soon with so many interesting things and stories to tell you all!
